As every piece is made in-house at our on-site workshop in Chichester, we maintain complete control over the entire process, ensuring exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail at every step. You'll be involved throughout the design process with full creative input. We create detailed CAD drawings using award-winning technology and provide a 3D-printed sample of your ring so you can see and feel the design in real life. This allows for any final adjustments before casting, giving you complete confidence that your finished engagement ring will be perfect.

Our manufacturing process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. The design process can take as long as it needs to take for you and your ring - some ideas come together quickly, and you might know exactly what you want right away. You may want to view different images, sketches, or resin models before deciding to go ahead, so this "pre-production" time is variable depending on what you need to get your design perfect.

Almost all principal diamonds over 0.25ct to 0.30ct - whether natural (mined) or laboratory-created - will come with an accompanying diamond report. We typically supply natural diamonds certified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), and lab-created diamonds certified by the IGI (International Gemological Institute). Precious gemstones usually do not come with reports by default, but we can arrange one upon request.
We can also provide a written insurance valuation* stating the carat weight, gemstone type and any other important characteristics. Third-party lab certification is available as an additional service, though please allow extra time and cost if you’d like to proceed with that.
*on items priced over £2000 the valuation is free of charge. On items below £2000, a small charge may be made depending on the design of the item.

Yes. All our custom jewellery comes with a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty, which covers defects in design, manufacturing, and craftsmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or general wear and tear.

Pricing is based on several factors, including the approximate weight and cost of the precious metal, the estimated time required for design, goldsmithing, and stone setting, and the value of any selected gemstones or diamonds that will be used. Fixed costs - such as hallmarking and 3D printing or casting - are also included in the estimate we provide. More complex designs increase the time required; while designs with lots of gemstones increase the setting time. We always price our custom engagement rings transparently and clearly so you understand every step of the process.
