Our valuations are carried out by Karra Ellison of Crystal Clear Valuations Ltd. They are are carried out on site on our premises in Chichester. Karra visits our premises once a month to take photographs and details from the pieces of jewellery you leave with us to be valued. Please bring with you to your appointment, any and all prior receipts, paperwork and valuations for your items. The valuation documents will follow 3 to 4 weeks after the jewellery has been appraised.

All valuations charges must be paid in full before you collect your items.

In order to book your valuation we take a non-refundable deposit of £70.00. This charge is then deducted from your final balance.

Please contact us on 01243 538 313 or enquiries@timothyroe.com for further information about our upcoming valuation appointments.

To keep things unbiased and fair, we charge on a ‘per item’ basis. All valuations are bound in a black leather grain folder and include a Letter of Transmittal, the Document containing colour digital images, Notes to the Schedule, Diamond Grading Explained and the Career History of our Registered Valuer, Karra.
